This week, Stephens Plastics Ltd have launched their new trading site AquaLiners Direct.
Offering high quality Pond Liners and Rubber Roofing materials at unbeatable prices within their niche market, we had to create an ecommerce website catering for both markets which would stand out in their competitive industry.
With 2 separate entities under 1 domain, we have created an ecommerce site like never before. With easy navigation, there are quick points that are evident to the audience what section of the website they are in. Keeping both Pond and Roof materials separate, visitors can easily establish the products that are needed for their project.
With additional information such as guides, videos and comparison information between materials, AquaLiners Direct are specialists in creating an ideal solution for your domestic project – transparent through the functionality and products in their website.
Within this build, AquaLiners Direct required a further feature – a Pond Calculator. Offering bespoke pond liner requirements, they can offer the exact lining based upon your pond size and figures entered.
Check out the site for yourself at: aqualinersdirect.co.uk

Yesterday we saw the launch of the new re-design for Porthleven Holiday Cottages.
br>
Taking the original website, we’ve expanded on the use of photography to promote the cottages and properties in the heart of Porthleven itself.
br>
We initiated the colour theme of blues and greys – taken from the existing website and also keeping in line with the seaside theme. From our point of view, this gives the refreshing and inviting atmosphere that any business close to the coast needs to attract tourists.
br>
When creating the design, we’ve also thought about the target audience in mind. We’ve created easy navigation around the site and informational pages on local attractions which is important for visitors and tourists to the Porthleven area. This is a major part of the USP of this website; it has a great range of essential information regarding shops, services, restaurants, galleries alongside the properties – all under one roof. The “Properties” page has been well thought through as we’ve placed attributes for easy filtering for the holiday cottages – for easy selection on the cottages and properties most suiting your needs.
br>
Greeted with a large banner image, users can easily be inspired by the views and perception achieved through the layout and photographic images placed within the website. We’ve built this great website using a responsive web design theme – meaning however small your screen resolution is, the website renders to your requirements. Try it!

DecYesterday we saw the launch of our clients website, Mawdsleys BER Ltd.
Taking on a new and updated approach from the old site, we have updated and combined the best of features to produce a more corporative site for Mawdsleys BER.
In the design we incorporated large scrolling images on the homepage so that visitors are immediately greeted with services that are on offer at Mawdsleys. We incorporated an interactive wheel menu on their pages, which offers an alternative and interesting way to navigate around that particular section of the site.
The dark colour palette and theme throughout the site is in conjunction with the Mawdsleys BER sister site, Pumps Services and Repairs – Mawdsleys Pump Services. This also allows features of the website to have more prominence than others where it really matters.
The navigation and overall layout of the site is very clean. With each category and subject matter incased within its own box, this allows visitors to firmly establish different topics and sectors mentioned throughout the site.
What we think of the website….
“A great design and build, the corporate theme instantly puts Mawdsleys at the high end of their industry. As you move around the site the interactivity is something that immediately stands out and propels interest”
Be sure to check out the new Mawdsleys BER website here.
